Choose the Creature's Shape

The upright cartoon werewolf emphasizes hands and claws. The howling profile combines shaggy fur with a crescent moon. The hunched wolfman is a more detailed full figure, with small spaces around the hands and body. Compare the shape with the usable area of your card or sign.

These are generic monster illustrations, separate from film and game characters. They are flat painting masks, not costume or mask-building plans. For an ordinary animal silhouette, browse wolf templates; for another Halloween creature, compare zombie stencils.

Print a Proof Before Cutting

Choose A4 or US Letter above the patterns. The direct library PDF needs no account and places the artwork in a 150 mm square. Print at 100% or Actual size, measure the 25 mm test line, and check the smallest opening in the chosen material. Cut black areas and retain all white connections.

Choose Customize to open the exact design in the editor. Edited PNG and single-page PDF downloads require a free account; vector export and tiled full-size printing are Pro features. See the printing guide or return to the Halloween stencil hub.

Choosing Your Werewolf Stencils

Claws and shaggy fur need room. Start with a full-size paper proof and keep the white connections around the face and hands. These are flat cut masks, not three-dimensional costume patterns.

Download, Print and Cut at the Right Size

Choose “Actual size” or 100% in your print dialog, and measure the line before transferring the design. Black areas are the cutouts; white areas are kept.

The PNG is 2100 × 2100 pixels. For another size, open the pattern in the editor. Saving projects and downloading edited artwork require a free account; PNG and single-page PDF are free. Vector export and full-size tiled printing are Pro features; see the plans page for available upgrades.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is a werewolf stencil different from a wolf stencil?

These designs show humanoid claws, a wolfman body or a monster-like howling head. The separate wolf collection contains animal silhouettes.

Can I use these files to make a wearable werewolf mask?

They are flat cut and painting masks. They do not include wearable-mask folds, eye placement, fitting or assembly instructions.

What should I check before cutting the fur?

Print a proof at the final size. Check narrow fur openings, finger gaps and white connections; choose a larger size if those details feel too fragile.
