Give Antlers and Legs Enough Room

A head-and-antler motif works on a compact card or label. A complete animal makes the leg pose important, while a flying team and sleigh need a wide surface. Choose by the whole silhouette and check that the smallest antler branches remain readable at the size you intend to paint.

Print a proof before transferring to a stencil sheet. Keep the white material between legs, antler branches and harness details attached to the surrounding sheet. If a scene is too wide, use a separate reindeer beside a Santa portrait instead of reducing a whole sleigh team until its legs disappear. These are decorative painting masks, not animal-footprint or three-dimensional model plans.

Choosing Your Reindeer Stencils

Leave space above the antlers and between the legs. A flying team is wider than an individual animal; keep the narrow white gaps around the harness intact.

Download, Print and Cut at the Right Size

Choose A4 or US Letter and download the PDF directly. No account is needed for these library files. Each PDF places the pattern in a 150 mm square and includes a 25 mm test line. Choose “Actual size” or 100% in your print dialog, and measure the line before transferring the design. Black areas are the cutouts; white areas are kept.

The PNG is 2100 × 2100 pixels. For another size, open the pattern in the editor. Your first edited PNG or PDF on this browser needs no signup, up to three layers and one page per layer. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a sleigh-team stencil at the same size as a reindeer head?

A wide sleigh team contains smaller individual animals at the same overall width. Compare the leg and harness gaps on a paper proof, and give the team more space or choose an individual motif.

Can I download these stencil templates without an account?

Yes. The library PNG and A4 or US Letter PDF files download directly without an account. Editing is free. Your first edited PNG or PDF on this browser needs no signup; saving or further downloads need a free account.

Which parts of the stencil do I cut away?

Cut the black areas and keep the white material, including the small bridge connections. Print at 100% or Actual size and measure the 25 mm test line before cutting. Test fragile details in your chosen material.

Can I use these templates commercially?

Yes. The library contains independently drawn StencilMaker.app patterns and adapted public-domain artwork. These template artworks are free for personal and commercial projects.
