Choose a Portrait or a Complete Christmas Scene

A Santa head suits a round label or a small sign. A profile reads as a silhouette, while an outlined portrait relies on the beard and eye details. Full figures include the sack, waving arm or rooftop; sleigh scenes need horizontal room that a portrait does not.

Make a paper proof and inspect the narrow bridges through the moustache, glasses or hat trim. Use light paint near those openings, and give a full scene enough width for the gifts and sleigh runners. A separate reindeer stencil can extend your display without squeezing both subjects into one small mask. For a simpler repeated motif, compare Christmas stockings.

Choosing Your Santa Stencils

A face uses a compact area, while a sack or sleigh makes the composition much wider. Check the white spaces around the beard, glasses and hat trim before cutting.

Download, Print and Cut at the Right Size

Choose A4 or US Letter and download the PDF directly. No account is needed for these library files. Each PDF places the pattern in a 150 mm square and includes a 25 mm test line. Choose “Actual size” or 100% in your print dialog, and measure the line before transferring the design. Black areas are the cutouts; white areas are kept.

The PNG is 2100 × 2100 pixels. For another size, open the pattern in the editor. Your first edited PNG or PDF on this browser needs no signup, up to three layers and one page per layer.
