Cutting Tip

Keep the white connections around the eyes and hat bells.

Use This Smiling Card Joker Design

Make a playing-card themed party sign with this smiling joker; proof the collar points before painting.

Transfer the Smiling Card Joker Pattern

Print at 100% or “Actual size” and measure the 25 mm test line. Check the usable area of your card, sign or window before cutting. Secure the print to a suitable stencil sheet and transfer the outline. For painting, cut the black areas out of the sheet, then use light paint passes through those openings.

Black shapes are cut away. Keep all white areas and bridge connections intact. This design is rated Intermediate for its shape detail; your material and cutting tools can change how difficult it feels. Work on a stable surface and keep hands clear of the cutting path.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these Batman Joker or film-clown stencils?

No. These designs depict generic card jokers, theatrical jesters and circus clowns. Film, comic and trademark rights are not included.

Can I choose a jester hat without a face?

Yes. Use Jester Hats for separate hat drawings, Faces for portraits, and Full Figures for costumed clowns. Each pattern has its own printable files and editor entry.

Why do eyes and hat bells have white breaks?

The white breaks connect enclosed material to the surrounding sheet. Keep them intact while cutting the black openings.
