Carving Tip

Keep the spaces between the legs open. Use the broad back and tail as your main transfer landmarks.

Transfer the Arched Black Cat Pattern

Print at 100% or “Actual size” and measure the 25 mm test line. Check that the pattern fits the usable face of your pumpkin. Tape the paper in short sections to follow the curve, then transfer the outlines with your preferred marking method. Remove the paper before cutting.

Black shapes are cut away. Keep all white areas and bridge connections intact. This design is rated Beginner for its shape detail; your material and cutting tools can change how difficult it feels. Work on a stable surface and keep hands clear of the cutting path.
